Eligibility for Exchange
- Customized printing orders are eligible for exchange only if the mistake is from our side (e.g., incorrect size, wrong color scheme, or design not matching the approved artwork).
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 working days of delivery.
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Orders containing errors in customer-provided designs or text are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Once a design is approved by the customer, Print Pakistan will not be responsible for mistakes overlooked at approval stage.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service at 0315-0276927 within 3 days.
- Provide order details, proof of purchase, and images of the defect (if applicable).
- Once approved, a replacement product will be produced and delivered promptly.
