At Print Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully produce each order to meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Customized printing orders are eligible for exchange only if the mistake is from our side (e.g., incorrect size, wrong color scheme, or design not matching the approved artwork).
  
• Exchanges must be requested within 3 working days of delivery.
  
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
  

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Orders containing errors in customer-provided designs or text are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  
• Once a design is approved by the customer, Print Pakistan will not be responsible for mistakes overlooked at approval stage.
  

Exchange Process

• Contact our customer service at 0315-0276927 within 3 days.
  
• Provide order details, proof of purchase, and images of the defect (if applicable).
  
• Once approved, a replacement product will be produced and delivered promptly.
